Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email it could be a result of one of the following:
- The email submitted at checkout had a spelling error.
- The confirmation email landed in your spam folder.
- The order was declined by our processor. If your card was charged but your order was declined, the funds will return to your account as soon as the bank processes the notice of decline (2-14 business days).
Where is my package?
The tracking information provided by the postal services is the same information available to us. If your order says delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us to begin an investigation.
Tracking information is provided in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed prior to 2:00pm EST are often shipped same-day.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $49.99. 1-6 business days (estimated)
Expedited (paid): Expedited (Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) shipping options are available at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed packages.
I paid for expedited shipping but it was delivered late. Can I get a refund?
The shipping time is calculated from the day the package is shipped. Although we typically ship same-day or the next business day, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
The only refundable shipping methods are USPS Express and UPS Next Day Air if the package does not arrive the day after it is shipped.
Refunds are not available for any other shipping methods and the estimates displayed at checkout are simply estimates provided by the postal service.
