How to Fill Live Rosin Carts

Filling a vape cartridge or disposable vape pen is very simple and will provide great results when performed properly. Follow this guide to get the job done right every time.
You first want to be sure that your fill material is of the proper viscosity for the intake holes (aperture) of your vape cartridge or disposable. Large intake holes (2.0mm) are meant for thick fill material while small (1.2mm) intake holes are meant for thin fill material. Using improper size intake holes for your fill material viscosity can cause the material to leak out of the cartridge/disposable.
Another cause of leaking is the temperature of your oil when filling. Your material may be thick while at room temperature but with added heat becomes thin. Do not fill cartridges or disposable vapes with large (2.0mm) intake holes with thin fill material. Start your heat setting at 120º F. Do not exceed 140º F.
Always fill the cartridge between the center post and the glass tank. Disposable vapes typically have specific oil holes on the top to fill. Do not attempt to fill material in the center post.
Screw or press the cap onto the cartridge/disposable immediately after filling. If you are filling multiple cartridges or disposables, screw (or press) the caps on right after they are filled.
Cartridges and disposable vape pens should be capped and then flipped upside down right after filling. Let the device be upside down for 30 minutes or more after filling.
