We ship within the USA only.

In-stock orders ship from our USA warehouse the same day or the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days depending on location and shipping method. We do not ship on weekends.

Orders over $49.99 will have optional free standard shipping.

Orders under $50.00 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Expedited shipping options are available for purchase at checkout.

Terpenes are classified as hazardous items and can only be shipped via Ground Shipping methods. 

If your order includes terpenes and you select an expedited shipping method at checkout, we will change the shipping method to Ground. 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a 30-day Return Policy:

If a product was damaged upon delivery we will replace the damaged items at no cost to you. Contact us right away about any damaged goods.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date the item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email sales@cheapcarts.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions where to send the returnable goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Custom orders, terpenes, and sample packs are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All other unopened, unused products are covered by our 30-day return policy.

All orders must be age verified prior to completing the order.

No minimum on in-stock hardware. Order a single sample pack or a full case. Custom-branded orders require 1,000 pieces on most SKUs.

Yes. Sample packs start at $25 for 10 pieces and include our most popular 510 cartridge and disposable styles. Sample packs are not eligible for returns.

Filling our cartridges and disposables is very simple and when performed properly you will not experience any issues/leaks. Be aware of your filling material's viscosity as it determines which size intake holes are needed. Our most popular and in-stock intake hole size is 2.0mm. If you are using thin oil and require smaller intake holes, custom intake sizes are available as a custom order, which takes 6 to 8 weeks.
