Section 7: Custom and made-to-order products

Custom-branded and made-to-order products are produced to your specifications and are not stock items. Artwork, logos, and other materials you submit must be ones you have the right to use, and you are responsible for approving proofs before production begins. Custom orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, and production lead times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Section 8: Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may cancel or hold orders that our fraud screening flags for review. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in closure of your account.
