Shipping policy

Processing time
In-stock orders ship from our USA warehouse the same day or the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Where we ship
We ship within the USA only. For bulk requests of 1,000 pieces or larger outside the USA, please contact us.

Shipping cost
Orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50.00 are charged for shipping based on your delivery method and location, with the full cost shown at checkout. Expedited options are available for purchase at checkout.

Carriers
Free shipping orders under $200 ship via USPS. Free shipping orders over $200 ship via UPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on order total. If you choose a paid shipping method at checkout, your order ships via the carrier you selected.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so free shipping is unavailable to PO Box destinations on orders over $200. If your address is a PO Box, select a paid USPS method at checkout.

Terpenes
Terpenes are classified as hazardous items and ship via Ground methods only. If your order includes terpenes and you select an expedited method at checkout, we will change the shipping method to Ground.

Delivery times and delays
Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days depending on location and carrier. Carriers do not currently guarantee delivery dates, including 2-day and overnight services. CheapCarts is not responsible for carrier delays and refunds are not issued for late deliveries. In some cases Express and Next Day Air charges may be refunded if it meets the carriers policy.

Lost packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to open an investigation. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to your shipping address.
