Shipping policy
We can only ship to the BILLING ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT. If you submit a shipping address during checkout that does not exactly match the billing address, your order will be cancelled. It may take 2-6 business days for your bank to issue the refund to your account.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Orders placed with paid USPS shipping and orders with Free Shipping under $200 are shipped Monday-Friday. USPS consistently experiences delays. Cheapcarts.com is not responsible for delayed packages and no refunds are issued for late deliveries. Choose UPS at checkout for typically faster shipping.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Orders placed with paid UPS and orders with Free Shipping over $200 are shipped Monday-Friday. UPS does not ship out new orders on weekends. PO Boxes are not supported by UPS. Free shipping options for orders over $200 are unavailable to PO Box destinations. Currently, UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates. If you select 2-day or overnight shipping, it is not guaranteed and cannot be refunded if your package doesn't arrive on the expected delivery date.
Lost Packages
If tracking information shows Delivered status but you did not receive the package, please contact the postal service used (USPS or UPS) to begin an investigation. Typically, lost packages are due to theft at your location. We are not responsible for lost packages that have been delivered to your shipping address.
Late Deliveries
Postal services may have delays with shipping. CheapCarts.com is not responsible for packages which arrive late. No refunds are issued for deliveries that arrive later than expected. In some cases, Express & Next Day Air shipping methods may be refunded.Â
